Support

Our Customer Care Manager and team provide the highest level of support, dealing swiftly to action any communications or required works professionally and empathetically. Our dedicated Employed Customer Care installers endeavour to resolve any matters as quickly as possible to the end user’s satisfaction.

Our frontline Customer Care staff are always professional, courteous, helpful and always leave a clean and tidy installation.

Quality control 

B2B have in-house installation teams and a large team of first-class contractors throughout Scotland. The quality of the end fitted product is vitally important to us, therefore our experienced Operations Team constantly monitor standards on site.

Participating in our local community

At B2B, we are an active and involved member of our local community and take pride in supporting it in any way we can, through commitment to local charities, business, and clubs.

Local football team

One of our fitters is part of the local women’s football team, and we were all too happy to sponsor them for the season.

Muirhead outreach project

The Muirhead Outreach Project is an early intervention charity that works with Families and children, to keep them together through difficult and challenging times. We are proud to be able to support this fantastic charity.

Recycling

As part of the award-winning recycling scheme, we ensure all waste is uplifted and recycled for future use on products such as underlay, or in the equestrian world for arena surfaces. 

Minimum wastage

Experienced fitting management teams working alongside Quantity Surveyors to ensure we operate efficiently and keep waste amounts to a minimum.

We also have effective waste and recycling policies in place to minimise waste and recycle as much as possible.

Policy

We have strong and robust Company Health and Safety policies throughout our working environment. This is managed and audited annually through our Citation Health and Safety partner.

Auditing

In addition, we carry out on-site monitoring using external Health & Safety auditing to ensure transparency for our reporting, points of which are used on toolbox training sessions and for supporting documents to our Citation partner.

Regulations

Our core business involves working within site compounds for our clients where we ensure that our employees and Contractors are always fully compliant in both B2B’s and our client’s current Health and Safety Regulations. This is supplemented by using toolbox talks, site monitoring and ongoing training.

Qualified

Our installers are also fully CSCS registered fitters which ensures that not only is the product top quality, the fitting and finishing is too whilst being carried out in a safe and controlled manor every time.
